I serve as a trusted advisor to founders, executives, and boards, managing deals from term sheet to closing and setting my clients up for success by advising on governance and legal structural matters. I take pride in making complex legal issues clear and actionable, aligning legal solutions with business goals, and helping clients scale with confidence. Work Experience
As a corporate attorney for over a decade at Fenwick, Cooley, and O’Melveny & Myers, my practice was concentrated on corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. My background includes advising public and private companies with regard to corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and venture capital financings ranging from bridge and seed rounds, to late-stage financings. I have also counseled issuers and underwriters in numerous capital markets transactions, with particular experience handling initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and ’34 Act reporting. I am excited to bring that same caliber of legal service to my clients at Presidio Legal LLP where I can offer full-lifecycle coverage, from company formation and financing through commercial growth and strategic exit, with the responsiveness and individual attention that founders and growth-stage companies deserve.
Throughout my legal career, I have also been dedicated to pro bono service, and have provided legal services for homeless and low-income Seattle residents and veterans through community legal clinics. I have also provided pro bono immigration legal services to asylum seekers in Seattle and at the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas.
